1st Scenic always use high quality 18mm fascia board and 10mm soffit board. Important ventilation is achieved by fitting Ubink over-fascia ventilator strips to comply with all current building regulations.
During Fascia installation we always remove the first layers of tiles and replace the damaged ends of the roof felt with a rigid felt support tray
and always fit brand new matching guttering in a style of your choice to compliment your home.
